Only Gym is on first floor. We want to extend first floor and have 3 kids bedrooms with ensuite and walk in closet and study area. Kids rooms to be above average size .We want a linen room,a laundry, pajama lounge with kitchenette . A 30 sq office, A master bedroom with ensuite ,walk in closet , small lounge. All upstairs rooms to have Aircon and master bedroom and pajama lounge to have fire place . The master bedroom on ground floor need to be demolished to create more play space. The two ground floor kids bedroom to be converted in a playroom . House has two kitchens. One kitchen must become pantry. Bedrooms ,office and pajama lounge needs balcony. The whole house needs to be re-roofed with proper truses. Plans to be commenced as soon as possible.

Hi, I think my problem is the parapet wall, as I had proofed the roof previously...with pap & lap, then rubberized. But the problem persist. I thought of removing the flashing and replace with new concrete. What would you suggest? I'm getting desperate. Please help. I know it is a bad timing, but I would like to start the process.
I have a website already, my theme and pages are as I need them. I am building an online ESL school but I really need help with all the plugins necessary for a proper functioning online school. Including a virtual classroom which can record the classes, have a whiteboard and interactive tools for the students, I need a payment gateway, booking system / calendar and multilingual for my students across the globe. I need to be able to upload and build courseware and lessons with certificates and games too. I would want to upload videos and downloadable content for my students.

So I want to convert it to a larger sitting room/dining room also widen the kitchen. Plus main bed room +1 bedroom on top, so I want to renovate to a double story. I am not sure of the style, maybe put something on table as a suggetion
My roof is damage on left corner of the house, but the roof is not leaking, house looks old and needs painting, Ive also looked into re-plastering the house as another option but for this i need further advise, Need to install aluminium windows and change doors, (Mainly kitchen door and the the other door) , 2 bathrooms needs complete renovation, Revamping of the garage as well is required.
The existing wooden door which leads onto the balcony from the apartment blocks stairwell was broken off by the wind. We need the frame repaired if damaged and the door which is a hollow door replaced with a solid wooden door but the cheapest one available. The new solid door has to look similar to the other balcony doors in the block, please see the attachment for the design. The existing hinges, lock and door handle can be used on the new door. If the new door can be varnished in the same colour as the old one then please go ahead but if not then no problem, we will varnish it.
