I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.

Attempting to prepare/research my options to offset a R2,,.00 annual salary. If permanently employed, It seems that I will pay roughly 50% income tax on this 2 million rand salary, according to existing bank calculators. My wife and I are about to enter SA on Temporary Retirement and Spousal Visas. We will spend less than days per year in SA with our daughters and grandchildren. We are retired and are not required to submit tax returns in the UK - we receive an automatic Annual Tax Calculation based on our pension incomes. We qualify for Certificates of Residence in the UK. We have been advised that we must undertake a "Tie Breaker Test" with a SA tax consultant in order to be deemed as not being required to submit SA tax returns.
