Alain Hornsby, performs all work himself. He is very responsive, prompt and offers excellent advice. My old AC was irreparable as the spare parts are no longer available. He gave good advice on a replacement AC and placed the order immediately. He updated me on a regular basis as to progress from the manufacturer and came the next day to do the installation. His work was tidy and professional. I highly recommend his company.

I will refer Alaine from Horsby Air-conditioning to everyone that would like to install an air-conditioner. He is friendly, helpful and does a fantastic job by giving an accurate quote. From receiving the quote, depositing the money , it was 2 days and my air conditioner was installed. When he installed the air-conditioner it was quick and professional.
