INDIVIDUAL A MALAWIAN WAS ARRESTED IN PMB,HE WAS SENTENCED TO 4 MONTHS IMPRISONMENT.HE SERVED HIS 4 MONTHS.HE HAS A VALID PASSPORT.HE IS STILL IN PRISON FOR A EXTRA 2 WEEKS AND THEN MOVED TO CAMPERDOWN POLICE STATION.THE PASTOR OF THE CHURCH WOULD LIKE TO BE A GUARDIAN TO THIS INDIVIDUAL APPLYING FOR A WORK PERMIT. Landlord does not want to return deposit after end of lease. He has never completed an ingoing inspection and completed an outgoing inspection without my wife and I. He wants us to fix issues what we made him aware of during our 2 year lease. And whenever something was needed to be fixed in the apartment, he never fixed it.

The defendant has been served with the divorce papers. the papers are in the Nelspruit Divorce court since last year . We have attempted to draw the settlement agreement with Christo Smith attorneys, she delayed the process, the Smith did not take the matter urgently. Since i was the one who appointed the attorneys. She was not contributing towards the legal fees while she was benefiting in the process. I want to have my attorny that will represent me on the drafting of the settlement agreement. She must appoint her atttorney too. I need the settlement agreement be drafted and finalised as soon as possible

Its a despute over my lost dog that was found people refusing to return my dog as they state they found the dog in neglected state. Which is true as it was lost in raining weather. Called police and they went with me where the people stated that they will come along with the spca to inspect that the living conditions is safe for the animal in the morning, the police then advised me to go to court to get an letter of demand
I would like to change my child's surname to my new married surname, I've had no contact with the father for 12 years as he relocated and didn't give his new address and number.
