My house is m2 on a sloping surface facing north with a drop of about 13m to the lower Street. The garage is on the top floor and there are also bedrooms three, 3. The lower floor is the living area with kitchen. Then the steps take you down to the entertainment area. I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I'd like to build a 3 room house (with an open plan preferably) in Limpopo, Jane Furse.
