My current lawyer is messing around. Easy divorce as there is no children and no assets to split plus we were married not long but struggling with her just to give me a date. He has been served and documents done but she can't give me a date since last year. I need to get divorce ASAP. Tired of this nonsense

Good morning I am in Maintenance court with my ex husband. From up until now we were in High court, Children’s court and I got custody of the children. My ex just keep on fighting me in court that I am Financially broken. We are back in Cullinan Magistrate Court 26 March and I had to end my Lawyer Theron INC representing me as I could not afford them any more. I attended the last court appearance on 31 January on my own and it was terrifying. Could you please assist. Would like to get this sorted so my two daughters can get what they deserve and we can live in peace. Thank you!
We have a children's plan but I did not know till long after we were at court that a non biological child wasn't suppose to be on he ashraf took me to court... Maintenance he give he has 2 kids by me and another 1 by someone else which he pays every month he pays my daughter school fees aswell which is odd gor the year that is I have 4 kids 2 of my own all my kids are under 13yrs old..the disabled 1 he cost so much money his traveling is a month school fees is a year because I had it substized he needs a certain dietary 4 school 4 the his on nappies that beside eating and thing taxi fare to red and back I can give u a whole list as u can see he isn't evens cutting it even with me and them he takes out loans after loans contracts like he has nothing to loose here he gives 20% I have to give the rest I don't think the system is doing any justice for me im unemployed live off sassa and hustle what I can for my kids future and men like him can just get married take on more responsibilities so they can't afford to give more maintenance and I said if ur kids are sorted there will be no problem I have to pay the girl tranport plus my other 3 suppose.
The divorce was uncontested until I gave the settlement agreement to my soon to be ex-husband. He is refusing maintenance (we have been separated for 14 months and has not paid anything towards his child). I am solely paying towards my son. Since separation we have alternated 7 days with each parent. ( I did this to keep the peace) Although now with feedback over the past few months etc regarding the emotional state and mental state of my son (6years old) - he gets bad anxiety when away from me, as well as neglect regarding general school necessities and upkeep. This is 2 children i raised from hospital now 6 years later. We have done everything. Yet this mother does not contribute. The children os autistic and fetal alcohol syndrome. And more. Because of drug misuse. She only has rights. I already spend almost R in legal fees just to keep the children save. Now we are off to the family advocate.
My child is in foster care with my parents de to substance abuse for 2years, I did go to a rehabilitation center, I am sober minded, I have a stable life where my son can stay with his stepfather. I have enough funds to look after him and put him into school. But the problem is that my mother has not been honest with the social workers and they can no longer take care of him as my parents are retired.
I tried to get a devorce since Jan (9years), the last 7 years Legal Aid didn't do anything.It's a contested devorce with no assets, no children ,my husband is engaged for the second time after our separation.He refuses to sign.A protection order was granted in my favour in .He only has to sign, and the court have to give me a court date.Iqualified for Legal Aid assistance because of my poor salary, please help!!
I applied for an interim protection order on 27/12/24. I reached out to a social worker to initiate supervised visitation for my youngest son with the respondent. She advised me on a lawyer to use. I went to court today for the return date. The lawyer told me that he doesn't need to be present and I got bombarded with questions about visitation from his lawyer, playing it off as though I have been using the protection order to prohibit him seeing his son. The protection order concluded violent behaviour and intimidation, with mention of financial abuse - drinking and driving then taking it out on me as to be at fault for not allowing it, breaking my window at home because I refused him entry after making it clear I wanted him to leave to avoid fighting (both my children were present here), and following me to a pet sitting client home on Christmas day and then climbing over their wall and their security company being called out by neighbours (only my youngest was present here), he previously sent me a number of legal letters making false claims against me even saying I was withholding his child and parental alienating his child from him to which I had to respond every time. I had to call police to remove him on all three occasions because he just refused to leave. I informed the lawyer and he hasn't called me back yet. I'm not sure what to do. I wasn't aware that I was supposed to ask the children's court to make supervised visitation court ordered supervised. I would appreciate if someone could call me to advise me on what to do and how to handle this matter, and help me with representation in court next week Monday. I really do fear for my safety and that of both my children.
