- The ad hoc cleaning would be one day only, usually to cover illness in the team (at short notice), or to cover public holidays, etc. as our office never closes even for public holidays o Probably around 8-9 hours o Basic cleaning in the kitchen/staff lounge: loading & unloading dishwashers, surface sanitization every 2 hours, sanitization of desks and PCs at shift end (either 15h00 or 23h00, depending on which shift is being covered) o Ad hoc cleaning and assisting as required (spills, etc.) o Although bathrooms are not our responsibility, we spray surface sanitizer in the bathrooms every few hours as well (no cleaning, just spray and let settle) - The night shift would be as follows: o weekly, 5 nights a week, from 23h00 to 07h00 (this can be moved but not by much as other shifts end at 00h00 and/or start at 06h00 and I need an overlap for handover, etc) o Basic cleaning in the kitchen/staff lounge: loading & unloading dishwashers, surface sanitization every 2 hours, sanitization of desks and PCs at shift end (either 15h00 or 23h00, depending on which shift is being covered) o Although bathrooms are not our responsibility, we spray surface sanitizer in the bathrooms every few hours as well (no cleaning, just spray and let settle)

We require daily (Monday to Friday) cleaning services for a small office with a few rooms on 4th Avenue Parktown North. We would require floors, bathrooms, and kitchen cleaned daily as well as a weekly dusting of furniture etc. A walk-through could be arranged to understand our needs more fully. Hours 8 am to 4 pm. We are the Managing Agents for a block of 3storey flats. units We also have a bin area with 50 black bins that needs to attended to, bin area needs cleaning, supervised on a daily basis Stoep areas needs to be kept clean & tidy daily. I am not % sure exactly how big the property is so the specs are not completely correct, we need someone to come through and do a proper site assessment.
We are currently in Port Elizabeth but we are moving to Bloemfontein soon. The house (approx. 3 bedrooms, a lounge, living room, kitchen) needs to be spring cleaned from top to bottom before we move in. I would like to get some quotes and will be in contact with regards to our timeline and when we will be moving.
Deep cleaning of +/- chairs in a meeting rooms, dining rooms and Boardrooms. Vulcan fabric chairs including ottomans with relevant SABS approved detergents. We are a cleaning company ourselves that specialises in pest control and we therefore do not have the relevant equipment for this and need help.
