we want to place metal sheeting (Chromadek) on top of our existing roof. Our existing roof is Nutec, and has been treated with Eco Rubber. The roof still leaks sometimes. We need a more permanent solution. We do not want to remove the existing roof, we want to have Chromadek sheeting placed on top of the existing roof, with insulation in between the existing roof and the new roo, as currently there is no plastic or insulation..

My house was built 15 yrs ago.It looks like the original roofers left the trusses in the garden in the rain and the warped slightly before assembly. Tiles (marley modern concrete) Have fallen off at regular intervals and been replaced originally under guarantee from the roofing company that is no longer in business.with time more and more tiles have fallen off and over time it looks like the trusses have become more warped and need replacement repair in places. I am a hub buyer for ADM Nutrition, and I found your contact on internet showing that you are specialized in the repair and maintenance of roofs. Our factory in Brits needs urgent assistance with its roof as you can see in the pictures. The damage was due to strong wind and it affected 2 towers. The highest is around 23m plus another 10m below it. You can work on 35m heights so you will need a sort of crane for that. Will you please advise of the cost of the repair for this?
