I have a double door garage and interested in a simple but smart carport with open sides and my house have no gutters I want the water from the roof to fall on the carport then to the garden in other words the carport should slant a bit to the garden which will be on the left from main gate.I had a net scotch type of a port but now have put some corrugated irons on the scotch shape but not happy with it at all.Want to give it a nice flat design
I need to redo a bedroom into an office and lounge space. I would need the removal of old doors to be replaced with new doors and the removal of cupboard doors and replacement with new. The skirting of the room needs to be sanded and old paint on them removed and restained. Walls need to be painted including accent walls. Built in cupboard needs to be redone. Shelving needs to be designed and installed.
We are moving into a rented house, which we may decide to buy and renovate later. Initially we would like a quote for doing some restoration/repair work and a thorough repainting of the main downstairs rooms as well as the 3 bedrooms upstairs - we will have occupancy from 1st of Feb but will be allowed access before that to complete the work. Repair - maintenance. Roof room was built 30 years ago by Adrian Greylling and is generally in very good condition . We have been very happy with room. However the outer layer of the sheets of wooden material used for the walls, is crumbling in small sections - facing into the weather Would like to assess repair before Cape winter
Extending carport and also fixing veranda with carport material which is leaking badly. Please separate quote for leakage and extension one. It could be 1 as an extension and one stand alone, as we have already the bigger size of 2. Please indicate if you can be able also to fix the veranda that is made of carport material.
