I am unemployed living with a SRD SASSA R GRANT for the past 2 months and no other income, including my wife is on the process of the SASSA DISABILITY GRANT due in NOVEMBER . I am a LEGALWISE POLICY MEMBER started in April , and this CIVIL CLAIM CASE started in before being a LEGALWISE MEMBER. But I had consultation with LEGALWISE to seeking an ASSISTANCE and have not granted me CLAIM PAYMENT. And I have a mindset think/hoping that LEGALWISE might Assist me of Granting me ASSISTANCE Possibly, if I may choose my own Attorney and the Attorney proceeded with CLAIM with LEGALWISE. I had a LEGAL AID PRACTITIONER in this CASE that Abandoned me on January after I submitted a MISCONDUCT COMPLAINT CASE against her with the LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL and I am within the APPEAL PROCEEDINGS/PROCESS with the LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL INVESTIGATION COMMITTEE, pending the outcomes expected as from today ( Friday 07th November ). The JUDGEMENT was imposed, and I will attach the documentations with this form.
I am divorced for almost 9 years, he has not paid most of the years, will say he has been paying for the part 2 years. Amount for both children is R.00 as per legal documents I asked him to please help more as they are getting to thir teen years and life is very expensive he pays R.00 for the past 2 months now but this is still not enough, would like to get some help in him legally paying more for his children
Hi my wife walked out on me and my 3 kids 7 years ago she never visits phones nothing she's even blocked us from contacting her after agreeing to a uncontested divorce. When she left us my girl was 3 months old middle son 8 oldest son 10-11 and was already pregnant with the younger man's first child they have 2 which he took back because she's got no interest in her kids as well I have never received a cent from her towards the kids I'm receiving a child grant. Dismissed on 5Nov Last work day 28 Nov No reason for dismissal?! I was let go by another one of my bosses employees and she wasn't aware of the reasonijg behind the dismissal. And my employer is ignoring my message. Further more, I was given one months notice yet as per my contract I have to give 2 months notice. I was under the impression that if I have to give 2 months notice, so does my employer? But I am not % sure what the legalities are regarding this.
Greetings, Someone bumped into my car, and promised to pay all damages but now he is not taking calls and no where to be found. He was driving a hired vehicle. The case was reported to the nearest police station. I tried to contact the company where he hired his vehicle, I can't get any response

I have already filed for divorce. My partner is disputing the conditions of the divorce that he had originally agreed upon. Conditions in question are in regards to the maintenance of the children. I would like to file for full custody of the children, because he has yes been supporting them since the separation.
Fraud Theft, and Forgery by an unlicensed doctor. My estranged husband is no longer licensed to practice medicine by the HPCSA. But he continues to practice using my licensed name (forging my signature on medical certificates, insurance forms, scripts, etc). Despite their being a case against him stop, he continues to do so while they continue postponing the case almost 4 times. It was last postponed to 19th November .
It is a mob justice case, the community came together to beat up a thief that broke in multiple homes, multiple times. 4 men need representation in court for apparently murdering the man, however there is no concrete evidence to support the charge since the victim was let go after being beaten and was seen wide awake and actively speaking to people the morning after the beating. The victim was later then found dead on the afternoon. After being searched by other people from another neighborhood for theft. The 4 men are arrested. They were taken from their homes randomly for questioning and arrested during the questioning. The police are going by hearsay. They appeared in court on Thursday (6th Nov) for a bail application and it was postponed to Tuesday (11th Nov). The families are panicking because if the bail is postponed or rather denied , they will have to appear again in January which is a long time for the men. We believe someone or rather some people came and finished him off. It was not the 4 men
Yes, I used to work for other company in farmers at MODIMOLLE, Alma. I worked there for about 1 year 9 months so I went back home now and the only thing that I need from them it's my money that I have already worked for. The other thing , I signed 2 contracts in a year but the last one , I didn't get a copy because he said I must sign so that he can get it back immediately so right now he asked me, when must he call so that we can discuss further.
