Idea is to build in 3 phases, the outer walls to be lifted by approximately 7 rows of bricks to accommodate a lof area over bedrooms, with a open high roof in kitchen, dinner table and lounge area. Feel free to ask questions. Open to suggestions. This is to give an idea of what the need is. Also the 1st phase bathroom to be wheelchair friendly.

We want to extend our double garage by 1.5 meters and potentially modify the roof from being flat to being pitched, also the current garage door needs to be moved to another location on the pre-existing part of the garage wall.
