I assume fraudulent deduction of tax and if from the company i working nearly 3 years by now . I do not have a tax number but is deducted .Labour officials had once visited Khayelitsha Mall they didn't find me despite the fact that I've got pay slips as a proof. In short: I was dismissed by Employer on 18 Sept . The CCMA Commissioner found my dismissal procedurally unfair but substantively fair, awarding me only 3 months' compensation. I have strong grounds for review: the Commissioner ignored key evidence (including an email admitting policy ambiguity) and misapplied the inconsistency principle (the COO did the same but got only a verbal warning). Yes I need lawyer to assist me about my uif and provident that my employer doesn't want to pay me after 21 years I work for them. I go to CCMA AND DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR they don't do following up about my case they telling me stories after they open file for my employer. City of johannesburg owes money it take time to refund me and it doesn't wa t to specify when is it going to refund me. i had dispute with about it about illegal penalty imposed on me after wrongfully penalizing me for water bypass. i wothe case February but i m not yet refunded to money i paid for penalty
