My husband's ex spouse has been slandering my name. She also has caused alot of havoc by contacting my workplace and accusing me of being a homewrecker. I was forced to get an restraining order against her and now we going to appear in court 17th October. This woman has also violated the POPI Act by sharing my details with another third party. I wish to have her lockup or pay for slandering my name.
Some places on my roof leaks when raining. One of my bathrooms has a flat roof and there is no exit from the ceiling. The bathroom has old ceiling board which is cracking and starting to show more leaks. Also leaking through the vent above the shower. When raining the entire ceiling gets wet and the floor. Some other parts of my house too. Also in my daughter's room with wooden floors. Also leaking directly above a light switch which makes the power trip.

I have a carport, as above. I have some used steel roofing on site. The carport is in use at this time and is in reasonable condition. Good day I seek legal action to sue the Estate Agent for negligence by not following vetting process whe n placing tenants in my property. Full compensation of 12 months rent for loss of income plus damages. The tenants abandoned my property 3 months after vacancy from July to October . I have lodged a complaint to PPRA, I have recieved a reference number but I am not sure if this compensation with come through PPRA or if i need to take this legally.
My brother and his friend were enjoying themselves in tarven on the 22Dec the time was around 00:00 and they were singing someone came and wanted to join them and my brother refused to sing with that person and he said he can not sing with small boys and that person beat my brother in his face my brother then my brother's friend try to resolve this matter after a while the cousin of my brother friend came assuming that her cousin is the one who is in this matter he borrowed the knife from his friend and stab that person who was chasing my brother and he died on the spot now they are in prison the court date is on the 6th of January for now since were very confused we said as his sibblings we don't have lawyer he must use the state lawyer is the any possibility for the intervention of private lawyer? We're worried about this because he is an orphan
