I’d like to mount a TV on the wall above the fireplace. The heat won’t be an issue since we never use the fireplace and it doesn’t get very hot. I’d also like to install a clothing rail inside one of the cupboards, we’ll confirm the exact placement soon. Lastly, I’d like to add a sliding (railing) door in one of the doorways.

I have a double-story house and I'm planning some renovations. I'd like to extend my kitchen and add a bathroom above it, which will be connected to the adjacent bedroom. I'd also like to convert the upstairs patio into a bedroom. Additionally, I'd like to relocate the stairs to lead down to the garage, which I'll be converting into a cozy wooden seating area. Lastly, I'd like to add a new garage.
