IRB waterproofing quote needed. Greetings to whom it may concern, I have a house with part of the roof being flat. The problem initially was the gutter connectors are to small for a large amount of water. Subsequently outlet avenues were made available as to alleviate the water buildup. I have had work done on the roof and recently had an assessor from outsurence asses the roof His recommendation is that a thorough waterproofing needs to be done as the waterproofing done last year is flaking and allowing some water to seep through. This needs to be sorted out and would request an assessment and quote in this regards.
Please tell me , do you also do ground work and construction of training centres and workshops ? For example we want to put up 1 qty x 50 meter x 50 meter x 6 meter high and 1 x 50 meter x 50 meter x 8 meter high. both of these 2 buildings will be about 6 meter apart but still next to each other .. With that I'm looking for deasant ground work , cement slabs inside for flooring at the highest standard as we want to use the 8 meter high shop / training centre with overhead cranes and heavy loads. The 6 meter will only be training centre with class rooms. with that all plumbing work and electrical work to be included... Will you be able to estimate quote on that ?

I need a quote for a 1 bedroom 72 sqm cottage in nutec or timber. Bathroom will have a basin, toilet and a wetroom shower. High open ceilings. Built on stilts. All plumbing and electrical finishes as well as bedroom and kitchen cupboards. A deck. Gas Geyser, gas hob with electric oven. A veranda. My budget is tops R .00. Complete house and shell only with electrical and plumbing. I do not have plans but I do have a sketch (see attached). Must be a registered NHBRC builder. Building to be a building loan plot and plan with a bank.

Hi, can you please supply me with a quote. My bathtub pop up came out now using a normal plug, secondly a hairpin got stuck in the sink and now the pop up plug won't come back up, thirdly my toilet after filling up the water continues to drip into the toilet, but now it is much more than dripping, I tried closing the water supply to the toilet, but even fully closed it keeps on running. Just bought a vacant land, I just want to have a double storey house. When you walk in the first thing you seee is a big hallway faced by stairs leading to the bedrooms . Each bedroom with ensuite and a walk in closet. I would love 3 bedroom up stairs and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs. I want a big kitchen that would oppositely face the dining room. Also want two lounges one large, and the other one medium small.

This is a small extension of an enclosed braairoom +- 11m sq and the fitting of 2 existing windows and a newly constucted 4 m stack door. The roof is not tiled but some sort of metal or composite water proofing, light enough not to need a metal lintel.
