Good Day, Kindly note that we have a number of buildings in Nelspruit and Polokwane. The status of these roofs are unknown at the moment and we would appreciate an inspection and quote to bring the roof up to standard. My immediate concern is the Standard Bank Building situated in Nelspruit with the address listed as 29 Brown Street. I have a leak above the Standard ATM and I have numerous complaints already. This will need to be a 3 bedroom house that is open plan. We are looking at the prices of standard bricks and / or Building blocks. We have a plan that has been approved however, the plan is from another ERF and the elevations on the plot is more or less level. Ground is Sandy as far as I can tell. We need a builder that is NHBRC registered that can work with the bank. Attached is the plan, how ever, we only need the house done with the patio, not the garages ect. if that can be quoted separately to see how far we ca go
I am wanting to replacing my driveway sliding gate with a new metal wood clad one. The concrete driveway may need some cutting in as the existing system is too high and our vehicle struggles to get over it. Added to the new sliding gate, an additional fence panel will be needed to match which will be attached between the roof structure and the garage wall (seen in photos).
Do preparation on damp walls and plaster cracks prior to painting. A total of 22 flats (double storeys) external paint only, including 10 window frames per flat and +- 23 safety gates. Palisades of approximately x . meters needs to be painted as well. Yard walls +- meters x 1.2 meters high to be included. All paint and accessories being bought already so only will be labour price required.

Must include space for 2 cars in a garage, as well as ample space for cupboards in the garage for storage. Plans will be developed by our own architect. Only a rough estimate per sqM is needed.

The site features, --+sqm main house -Round hut -isibaya -A Barn house for goat,Ducks,chickens and 4cows. -I will need to build a small pond for ducks namaHansi. -Also I would need to plant few tree, ur help will help with knowing where it suitable too. 1. We request the Roma style for all the doors, but that they are SOLID core MDF (or alternative), 2. We request raw and unpainted finished product, 3. Please remove D28 and D30 from the quoting process, 4. The following doors are external: D1, D29 5. Do you supply door hinges for these solid doors? Hi I would like to have a 4 bedroom house. I'm a work from home mom. I'm kind of Claustrophobic. I prefare an open an house with enough space. I like cooking. I like to host my friends and family. So I need a porch, not too big and a pool (3x4m) A double garage main bedroom with ensuit and a walking closet. At least 1 bathroom with shower and a powder room.
