My wooden garden gate has perished and has always been too heavy for its frame. It is in direct sunlight all day and exposed to rain so I need advice on material. I think the frame is still ok, but may need to be reinforced into the wall. The dims of the gate itself are 80cm x cm. Photos attached. I can use the existing lock but the slot would need to be cut out. I can use the existing handles. The colour is a dark brown according to estate colours. It does not need to be completely solid; it can be slotted. I can stain it providing I am given advice as to which primer and stain should be used, dependant on material of the gate. The finished item would need to be hung/lock fitted. I am not looking for a high-end product, but certainly one that would last.

This job is to replace an existing wooden gate that has perished. Pictures are attached. Measurements of the gate itself are 79.5cm x cm to the frame. The frame needs to be replaced too. I would need the existing handle and lock need to be transferred onto the new gate and the whole gate and frame installed. The gate need not be identical to the existing one.
I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms. Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.
One 6,4 meter gate. More or less One 2.7 meter. More or less. The two gates must meet. The long gate must be in front of the garage doors. Then other gate can be pushed open . We have a caravan that must be able to pass through the small gate. The attachment between the two gates must be able to go down when taking out the caravan.

I have a complete alarm system with beams and sensors installed but it's the old model which is now malfunctioning cause it needs the original code which I don't know because I bought the house from someone who didn't use it at all now I called someone to help and he suggested I put a new one with newspaper and remotes.
I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. Total meters roughly measured is m from different points to the one point. One of the 7 cameras has to have a wider range and should be able to "look" further. What is the estimate that I am looking for. Will it be cheaper to buy the products and just pay for labour? What will labour be?
