I have sold my car . The buyer paid full for the vehicle but couldn’t change ownership to his name . The buyer is owing me money for the other car I rented to him and now he changed the sale of the other car to him paying the debt he owes me from the money he paid buying the car . He didn’t tell me that he already sold the car to the 3rd person. I took the car back from the 3rd person as the 1st buyer instructed me to now the 3rd buyer opened a theft case against me . The car is still in my name i have the papers of the car . I have all the evidence from the 1st buyer saying I should take the car back because of warrants and from the money he paid for the car I should deduct the money he owes me and send him the balance. I have given the car to the police, they impounded it, I need legal representative on Monday because I was asked to go and give my statement to the police
