It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. I would like to rebuild my mother's house in Letlhabile. It's currently a two bedroomed, toilet (No bath or shower), a small kitchen and lounge. I would like to restructure it as it seems to not be built properly or standing in the correct position. I would like to demolish all of it or most of it and build a three bedroomed home, with an ensuite in one of the rooms, a fully functional bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and dining room. I'm looking to have a modern/minimalistic look to it inside. This would also include a double garage and refencing of the property.
