Hi, looking for 2x new or re-conditioned window aircon units for 2x 6m containers supply and install?
There is quite a few things that need to be fixed up and taken a look at. Can someone call me and come out to advise?
Replacement of soap dish and removal of DSTV dish.
In need of 1-2 wooden swing doors with locks to be installed and some extra wood work perhaps.

Sliding door needs new wheels. It is very tight and almost impossible to slide.

Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5.
