This guy took R6000 from us and put in the poles - that's it, he then asked for another R6700 to buy material but we said we will meet him at the place to buy the material. He never showed up and even though we tried to contact him numerous times he did not answer back.

Nautilus Village situated in Gordons Bay have a specific design, therefore required to meet regulated build/ design. Please see architectural guidelines attached. I have a 65 sq m flat, single story. I would like to extend up until the 3 x 9m stoep and enclose. The roof is a zinc flat roof. The 3 rooms will be extended to the end of the stoep. A foundation will need to be installed. The existing 3 x shutter doors will be repositioned. The outer external walls are 50% complete already. Excuse the mess. We had a small storm that day. Can you give me a rough estimate what the costs will be. The Body Corporate have approved the extension. I just need plans to submit. I am overseas but can be reached on whatsapp anytime.
I have a double door garage and interested in a simple but smart carport with open sides and my house have no gutters I want the water from the roof to fall on the carport then to the garden in other words the carport should slant a bit to the garden which will be on the left from main gate.I had a net scotch type of a port but now have put some corrugated irons on the scotch shape but not happy with it at all.Want to give it a nice flat design

The roof needs to be checked on the main house, the tiles are very old and may need to be replaced , also the flat roof needs to be redone as the tiles are old and broken, also the roof trusses needs to be checked for damage and repaired/replaced if needed, also the garage roof needs to be repaired(metal sheeting)
Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. Good day, I trust you are well, Please refer to the attached. Can you please send me one quote on standard glass and one quote on standard double glazing. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. D06 & D07 – the door doesn’t have the aluminum slides on the bottom anymore, it should be glass. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

The building has already been done but our architect disappeared on us (we have reported him to the Architect's Council and the police as we had paid him for the work) and we now need a new architect to draw the plans and submit for approval. We can provide the drafts that the previous Architect had e-mailed us.
