This your company collected R3,500 from me as advanced payment for my financials and up till now my work is not done. I have requested the refund of my money on 05 December 2024 by giving them a 7 days letter of demand but they haven't yet refunded my money. So I need your help or intervention to get back money. It was based on the reputation of your referral that I trusted and gave them the work. But unfortunately, their lack of professionalism and failure to deliver the financials has caused me to lose many business opportunities. I just need my money refunded ASAP
I used them for initial work but then moved to another accountant.
Things went very well in the beginning but started lacking in terms of communication - whenever they needed something from me they would reach me but whenever I wanted to speak with them I could never get hold of anybody. This lack of communication then led to lack of trust so I just decided to move on because I cannot work like that.
