The job ended up costing more than quoted. He was meant to do the work in a day but ended up taking 3 days. The pro arrived late, when he started working, he realized that he had brought insufficient tools. He is fortunate the caretaker in my complex has welding gear. The frame wouldn’t fit. Steelwork was very shoddy including the locking mechanism. The trimmings are awful. It’s sad because I have to find someone to fix the job so costs have tripled.

The gate is very heavy. The motor is not working. The wheels seem to be getting stuck. I have sprayed Q20 on but the one wheel is not rolling. I think it is a simple repair but I am not able to do it myself. I need a quote to see when I can do the repair.
