Behind the premises we have a car park ( corner Hillyard/Roodeblom) Huge problem with Vagrants, drugs and Homeless sleeping there at night. The is an NetworX NX-4 alarm system present, however the previous tenant had his own system installed and then removed when he left. The original NetworX NX-4 system wiring is still installed, but the 5 x PIR's and box needs to be reconnected. Property is a 3 bedroom unit with 3 entrances (2 doors + 1 sliding door). contacts are still on the doors. + 1 door to the garage (requires a new contact). Would like to test is current hardware can be re-installed and then linked up for monitoring and armed response please.
