I hope you are well as you receive this email. I'm in a process of getting reimbursement from LPFF after filing a claim as recommended by LPC after the findings of their investigation. Now my problem is that, the lawyer Mr Phillip Masiza who has been interdicted by LPC from practicing after seizing all the files except mine is nowhere to be found and LPFF needs copy of it or proof of sequestration if there's one to release the funds. I would like to request you to check if there's a sequestration order issued for him by the courts of law because that's my only option and hope since he can't be located or advise what I can do legally to force him to submit my file to both LPC and LPFF.
