HI. My name is Jasveer. I am in the process of purchasing an existing laundromat business for R, and need advice on the VAT implications. I am buying the assets of the business. My own company is registered but has not traded yet and is not currently VAT registered. My key questions are: Should I register for VAT before completing this purchase? Can this sale qualify as a "transfer of a going concern" (TOGC) to avoid a VAT charge on the purchase price? What is the best process and timing for registration to optimize cash flow and compliance? I have a draft Purchase Agreement and can share the business's recent financials. Please let me know your availability for a brief consultation and what information you need from me.

I do consulting work for a company on a contract basis. I need to pay my own tax. When I signed the contract it was for 3 months. It was subsequently extended. I might have to register a company in order to reduce my tax. I have not paid any tax yet, as I have never done this before and need assistance.
In essence of my legal presentative it's imperative to know that the suspect who televised the court aspect which is in the process of finalizing the details affecting the same suspect and that cause harm to the process in question by the court, Seldomly I would like to require a legal presentative to attach the video clip to its evidence for varification, It will be in the interest of Justice to bring this matter to finality, There is no reason for her to deny the facts in court....I appreciate your time and consideration.

There is 5. Of us as siblings of our late father. Our elder brother applied for an rdp house And due to not having kids he made one of the niece as his dependant in this rdp house of his. The rdp house is built on the same property which belongs to all of the siblings. My brother died late . The niece has now gone to the lawyers to claim the property and has somehow managed to get the letter of authority from the Master of the High court. We feel that he used illegal documents to claim the property as the beneficiary with the help of his lawyer and not as the dependant. We have all the documents.
