Good day The patio and entrance need to be completed, the staircase need attention and frame need to be installed and clading to be done. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled. House need to be painted inside outside roof and window frames. Driveway need to be change and carport need to be moved to next to house and not in front.
I'm looking for a double storey with 6bedrooms ensuite all upstairs 1st floor with a balcony and entertainment area at the back..... The ground floor should have an indoor pool but the folding sliding doors should be removed cause it should be all open plan with pliers on the side where the folding sliding doors would be.
Good Day. Trust all is well. I have a piece of land, near a mountain bottom end. I want to build a Timber house, Tongue and groove or similar type of thing.. It will have to be lifted of the ground, as the ground slopes downward. The house is approx 18m x 18m, It is rectangular, but on one side there is a 6m x 9m garage. The size also includes a 2m Covered porch on the long side and one short side of the house. I am looking for, Big kitchen, Scullery, Living Room, Main Bedroom with own Shower and bathroom, Built in Cupboards. There will need to be 4 additional rooms aswell. with a second bathroom added somewhere close to the additional rooms. Main bedroom needs sliding door that leads to the covered porch, so does the living room.

I like the idea of a tuscan style house but it should suit the bush. 4 bedrooms ground floor with 2 bathhrooms 4 bedrooms upstairs with en-suits, the 2 front bedrooms must have a patio. spiral staircase on either side of the building large patio stackable doors with entertainment section on ground floor, leading out to the bush

Style to be rather more rustic and industrial than a polished boutique style .

I would like to extend the house that i bought in an Estate in Centurion. The house is a double storey and i need to add a bedroom downstairs. I did hire an architect and have made the first submission to the Estate for approval. The plan was not approved and it came back with many corrections. The architect is taking long to make corrections and I would like to be assisted with correcting the plans in line with the Estate's requirements. Good day, I am looking to build an AirBnB at a hillside plot in St Helena Bay (St Helena Views). The plot is amazingly situated - has the hills as its backdrop and sea view in front. I am looking to quickly build a small home which has large window walls/sliding doors and a deck. Minimalistic with lots of natural light. The hillside has a bushveld/dry/fynbos feel to it so I would like to create a space which compliments this. - The plot is m2 but the living area should be no more than m2 at the top most part of the property - There is a slope (i was thinking instead of excavating, one could use stilts to maintain the aesthetic) - Open plan kitchen, lounge downstairs - Large bathroom and bedroom leading to the deck where I am planning to put a hot tub for now. - Flat rooftop area just for views. - The estate only allows brick and mortar, and alternatively, nutec. They would allow wooden framing. - Cost effective Please see a few of the ideas attached. These buildings are larger. I am looking for a way to make get the same feel but on a smaller scale.
