Good day, I am a South African lady aged 35, my fiancé a Motswana citizen needs to obtain a relative visa, we have 1 child 16 months old and another on the way, He is also interested in legally adopting my 3 daughters from a previous relationship whom he already has been caring for for the past 3 years, i need to know how long it takes to process a relative's visa and a temporary relative's visa and how much that would cost. thank you in advance for your time
I work for my husband currently, and have done so for 12 years. I do not think it would be wise for me to continue working for him after the divorce. We have 2 school-going children and I have enjoyed the freedom of working for him with regards to be able to be there for my children for school event, etc. I would like to have a spousal maintenance period where I can up-skill myself and find my own source of income without this effecting my time with my children.
Destroy the current building and start a new 3 bedroom double storey building. It should be about - square metres with a double garage. One bedroom and lounge and study room including a toilet and shower on the upper floor. Main bedroom with ensuite, another bedroom, bathroom, toilet, lounge, dining room and kitchen on ground floor.
I'd like to be buried in a fully biodegradable coffin e.g plain pine, no inner material, no embalming. Then have an indigenous tree planted ontop of my grave. This is so I can be returned to nature the way nature intended. A small service for my family representing the circle of life. I'd like them to be able to visit the tree afterwards.
We already have a settlement. I bought the house but it's not yet in our names. I have only the Sale Agreement with the seller. It's only my name in that Agreement. I didn't register the house in our names after seeing that my wife was cheating on me, even in our settlement, the wife didn't include the house but said she wants the 2 room zozo
It is unfair labour practise that's led to a dismissal whereby an employee failed by a Union rap and suspiciously so he may have been bribed by the company, this matter is for 14years ago due to lack of not knowing where to go for help and since the dismissal just sitting and stuck at home.please accept and help .I'm writing this on behalf of someone who doesn't know about his rights and need help that's why I can't attach my photo or documents and hope that once you accept to offer help then the victim can come forward and follow all the procedure , probably into your office in Johannesburg

We are currently experiencing a blocked drainage issue at our property. Dirt and debris are pushing up through the drainage system, which is causing concern and may lead to further damage if not addressed promptly. Could you please arrange to come out and assess and resolve the problem as soon as possible? Kindly let us know your availability. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards,
