We are moving home and need to remove the automation on the pedestrian gate to later re-install it at our new home after the move. Dear Ballid Security, I believe that you already provide security to the Bosch Hoek Golf Estate Lodge, however, I would like to enquire regarding monitoring and armed response to a private residence on the Bosch Hoek estate - namely, what services you provide, your guaranteed response time and number of visits to the site at night etc, as well as what the typical response would be in the event of an incident/burglary.
