I have bought a property 50/50 with my spouse out of community of property with accrual and have been served with a divorce letter on the 17 Oct that I did not contest. In our marriage she bought another house on her name and car that is worth more than our shared dwelling. She will force me to buy her out which is fair but I can not afford to incur extra personal costs if she so demands. I am only able to apply for a bond beginning of January 26 with my new job, she has basically abandoned me with the shared property and I have been paying rates/ taxes/ security. I have been busy with renovations and was able to build another basic dwelling on the property to stay in myself as I do not have any where else to go. My wife is well off financially she claims I have abandoned her by taking a remote job that requires me to be away for 6 weeks at a time as a paramedic however it was merely to get a bond and pay her back in the hope that she stop resenting the property for her half being tied up in it. There was a burglary in the beginning of the year and since then she came to resent the place. She really did not leave me with a choice to take this job and I was hoping to save the marriage by paying her back and free her of this issue of this property between us but she filed anyway. The job was the only way to get a bond in the first place. We got married 2 years ago and I sold my property in Cape Town to buy this property in Waterfall KZN. Please advice

Landlord withholding full deposit with claims of deep cleaning and property repair that was not brought up in the final walkthrough. Every time we contact them further, a new list of grievances appears. They're making it sound like the money has already been taken and used and are giving us no choice but to accept the deposit with the unfair and disputed deductions on the 14th of Nov .
Me and ex wife sold our house to our son. He agreed to paying us monthly but he stopped paying us. That happened in . He was paying good for only the first year, after that we struggled.
