Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes! I require a quote (estimated cost) for the installation of burglar bars in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bars should span the full width of each window (color, white). It should esthetically appealing (clean lines). I am located in Menlopark, Pretoria. I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
I am requiring 4 outside doors, internal we already have. Quote for aluminum doors and windows, and wooden doors and windows. I will give the sizes when I receive the list of suppliers. I would like a quote on 2.1 sliding patio door by 2.1 in bronze. I would like the suppliers to make contact with me.
Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. I need the gate installed, a new gate and if you could do the sheeting then it's a bonus but we can also purchase this and install it ourselves, just want to make sure what ever is quoted that it is possible to do.
Waterproofing to the balcony: Aluminum doors will be removed to the balcony Aluminum doors and frames will be wrapped in bubble wrap and stored in the garage for safekeeping until re-installation. All cement and waterproofing layers will be chopped up and removed off-site from the balcony. Rubble skip will be on-site and removed once it is filled. All existing waterproofing will be removed. mm Turn-ups will be chopped off in order to apply the waterproofing application onto the bricks. Existing outlets will be removed. New 63mm Flange outlets will be fitted to the parapet walls to allow water to discharge outside of the balcony. Screed-to-fall will be done to ensure water runs out of the outlets, and that there will be no water ponding in any areas. 50x75mm Angle will be fitted where the door will be fitted to prevent water from running back into the rooms. The waterproofing application will consist of the following: x2 Coats of Mapei-Lastic Mapei-tape to all turn-ups and corners and into the cavities. Mapei-net the flat surface x1 coat will be applied, followed by the Mapei-net and Mapei-tape being applied on top of the 1st coat. 2nd coat will be applied over all of the above-mentioned after 24 hours. Aluminum doors and frames will be re-fitted. Turn-ups and bands around the frames will be plastered to a smooth finish. Waterproofing application and plaster will be left for x3 days before the painting and tiling can commence. New tiles will be installed.

The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door.
