I would like to utilize outside adjacent areas to create a more spacious feel without major building construction. For example I've already installed awnings at front and rear of the house in order to facilitate my objective of creating a more spacious-flowing appeal. I also have a relatively large wooden-cabin approx 6 by 6 sq meters in extent, which I'd also like to enhance for personal occupation.
The hardware I would like: 1 x alarm control panel (or if its cheaper I won't mind having a remote or app to control the alarm) 1 x back up battery for the system 3 x door sensors (to detect when the door is opened) 2 x alarm sensors for the kitchen and living room. 4 x beams for outside (to create 2 "curtains". Good evening everyone.....i have a 6months old baby...lost my mom last year...had to make my own way..was living in a room for 3months...got a number by my aunt..this person will help me get a place...i trust my aunt so i thought i could trust the lady she recommended tooo me...little did i know...i had to pay 6months in advance rent..got to the place..geyser not working...toilet broken..bath blocked and the list goes on..the Agent showed me the place with video call...everything look okay..but it is not..2weeks in living here geyser still not working only the front door got a new lock since somebody got in stole some of my things..then they came to fix the problem..can someone please give me advice..the contract is not right i sighed for 6months the agent made it for 1year...he comes back and asked if i can sign again to make it 6months but i don't wnt to sign..how can i get our of the contract..please help...the place even has rats in roof...
