I currently have multiple cases pending and unfortunately my daughter is being alienated and weaponized against me. My husbands huge team of lawyers are trying to stronge arm me into take an offer that is terribly unfair and requires me to drop the charges. I do not have funds to hire a lawyer and have been representing myself, I obviously do not know the legal processes, this has allowed them to drag this on for months now. He even uses his friends at the police station to his benefit, they do not repond if I call in an emergency or assist if I go to the station to report his breach of the IPO. I keep proof of all events, have recordings etc. My daughter 9 years old and she just called me to state she doesn't want to see me right now and will let me now when she is ready, she also told me not to call her. I was respectful on this however I haven't seen her in a month now. I am an electrical installer technician, I got a contract with Silobert construction company to install electricity in their housing project in Matatiele, all this was done verbally and I started in October with an understanding that they will pay R per unit inclusive of materials and coc, and the CEO or the sole owner understood that he will help for the first time he will purchase material for me and deduct the money from my invoice we verbally agreed and i started working Since first invoice he never paid the invoice fully and I still work with out any hustle but I later decided to buy my materials as soon I realise that the volume of the work was increasing in doing still he struggled to pay me fully on time especially last two invoices until I disputed in December then because I was raising my dissatisfied about this he unceremoniously cut my services still owing me payment after I had been idling on site waiting for this payment now it's six months he has not paid a cent and this have affected my personal life in a great deal I need assistance on this matter thanks
