Opened a case with CCMA. Employer refuses my 2 weeks resignation notice and demands I give 2 months notice. I took a "copy" of my contract that was lying out in the open at work for anyone to see ,now they openwd a case of theft against me. They also threatened and intimidated me. They also approached my new employer which tarnishes my professional reputation. They also sent out a notice to all clients stating that I stole from them ,which also harms my professional reputation.
We bought a fridge and microwave barely used in Durbanville just over a year ago and then started seeing roaches in the microwave when used. We got rid of the microwave.
