Hi need a 13m 2.5mm cable run from dB board to outside room and connected to the existing plug point in that room. Will also need a 20 amp circuit breaker added to the dB board. The old cable already in the room must be blanked off. The new cable must also replace the existing cable that feeds the light switch. Take note that the new cable that will run down to the room will be in the open so must be placed in PVC conduit about 4m long

Monitoring unfamiliar persons entering and exiting our home premises, at odd hours of the evening or at dawn. Brief history: We were broken into at dawn of Good Friday. However, the odd approach of the perpetrators knew exactly where to proceed to make the break-in, and who slept in the main house, etc.

We are trying to cancel a lease agreement under Material breach due to the landlord not doing anything about damp and black mould growing in the house (in less than 6 days of occupation) due to bad construction of the house. I have also attached the lease agreement. The tribunal report is not finished.
I would like to enquire about the cost of cleaning an HFO tank. At the refinery, we have a tank that has a solidified HFO in the tank. We currently do not have steam to liquefy the HFO in the tank. I would like to enquire about the cost to empty the tank, clean it, unblock the sewer system. The sewer system is also blocked with the solidified HFO. I would also like to ask about the cost of providing your own steam for cleaning the tanks.
