1. Frequency of Servicing: 1. Servicing to be conducted quarterly for each air conditioning unit. 2. Additional servicing may be required based on the condition of the units. 3. Ensure that all units are functioning efficiently and effectively. 2. Scope of Maintenance: 1. Clean air filters and coils. 2. Check and adjust gas levels. 3. Inspect and clean condensate drains. 4. Check and tighten electrical connections. 5. Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues with the units. 6. Perform necessary repairs and replacements of parts as needed. 3. Emergency Repairs: 1. Provide emergency repair services for air conditioning units that are not functioning properly. 2. Respond to emergency repair requests within 4 hours. 4. Reporting: 1. Provide detailed reports after each servicing and maintenance visit. 2. Reports should include details of work done, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance. 3. Maintain a log of all servicing and maintenance activities
