I would like to sue an international corporate social media. face book after several months (4 months now i have lost an in come in my business) due to my social accounts being permanently disabled. I purchased a house in Jan . The agreement according to the OTP is that the transfer would be done by the 30th April due to me having an active lease elsewhere which ends at the same time. I've paid all registration and bond costs already. Two weeks ago, I get a call from the agent telling me that she has some bad news which is that the sellers new purchase didn't go as planned. When I asked what that meant for me she started to beat around the bush and not say anything. I then called her senior who advised me that they just wanted to check because sometimes there can be some arrangement made and the transfer postponed on mutual agreement to which i maintained that I do not have anywhere else to go and therefore cannot agree. Now, the transfer attorneys and agents work for the same group, even in the same building and are also both attending to the sellers new purchase. The transfer attorneys then sent a mail more than 1 week ago saying they need to need to request a new updated rates clearance. They did this in March also and it took them 48hr to receive. Today I get another mail saying they are not still waiting and they will lodge once they receive it. Given the timeframe and start of this whole purchase being months ago, they had enough time to plan for this. It now seems it is being deliberately delayed by the agents and TAs to keep their other customer happy. I now know that the transfer won't complete in time (plus all the public holidays) which puts me and my family in a really tough situation. I'd like an to issue a letter of demand as a first step due to the matter discussed above, thereafter potentially cancel and sue for full damages

I want separation with my husband, iam not working it's 6yrs now. He is not financially supportive. I don't know who is doing a budget with he will tell me to wards month end that there is no money. I paid SA Engines in strad to rebuild my Navarra dubbel cab bakkie. Bakkie haa been worked on for more than a year. Rebuild the engine 3 times ,and now the owner don't won't to work on it anymore. Bakkies engine is now fully stripped standing at Sa Engines. I have all the proof I need on whatsapp conversations we had. I paid lobola of R last year July they her side of the family, did a lobola celebration according to their tswane tradition and my 2 reletives were there. Hello. We need help with a road accident. The guilty party T-boned my boyfriend’s car on Corlett drive because he didn’t check oncoming traffic when he tried to cross the road. Now the owner of the other vehicle (the driver’s father) keeps delaying when asked to share any third party insurance details. The accident happened in my boyfriend’s car but he wasn’t the driver, someone else was. His car wasn’t insured. But we do have a witness statement and camera footage of the accident from CAP has been put in evidence lock.
