We require the installation of a hot/cold air-conditioning unit for a 75sqm retail shop for our small shopping centre.The shop (shop 2 on attached plan with red border) has 3 solid walls, and the entrance has a cantilever overhang (see photos). The shop's electrical board has max 50amps and is single phase. (Perhaps the fan can be placed at the back of the property, but the piping would have to pass through the back of Shop 3, while avoiding the shop's concealed lighting, an already existing airconditioning system with three units attached to the back outside wall, and use only Shop 2's electric board.)
