I am essentially a consultant. I do planting design and source plants for projects. I sell a book that I authored. I run some private expenses through the business - not too much, as flying under SARS radar. However the company does have an accumulated loss. So it is a very simple business with some expenses and income, and member's loan transactions. I work in Sage One - so all expenses and invoices are in the system and reports are easy to access. However I do require someone to match/ correct the opening and closing balance, because automatic feeds in Sage leads to duplicates, which creates a discrepancy.

OK So I have a company in Blantyre and a smaller company in South Africa. We are based but use our South Africa business to export goods from SA to . We are registered with SARS as an importer and exporter we are registered for VAT etc. We do not have staff in SA and remotely run the exports from . We have a truck that comes to SA to collect goods roughly every 2 months. Our SA company issues invoices to our company who remit the payments to SA.
