Good day. I need a quote It's a 4 bedroom house. 2 tiled bathrooms. Total floor area is sqm. Open plan lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms are quite small. 1. Open all cracks. 2. Fill all holes. 3. Spot prime where necessary 4. Paint all walls with Plascon Brilliant Sheen same color as existing. 5. Paint all doors and skirting with white matte Enamel paint. 6. Paint all ceilings with white Matt PVA The house was built in so is relatively new. We recently moved in and just want a fresh coat of paint...same colour. Some preparation needed to fill holes from previous fixtures and paintings and then some small cracks here and there as the building settled

The plan is to extend the servants quarter to make a flat ,it has a small room and bedroom,it has water and electricity, and I also want to build two additional flats on a 81m/2 area. To build a paint if the wall it doesn't have the first code you will have to put undercoat then pain with your first code and if the whole it has the cracks first make sure you use poly Fila. And for that cracks and to use that poly Fila just make sure you use sandpaper so that on your first quote you can just be able to see Pony filler and cracks. Can you can put your quotes.
Remove home made shed and replace with a new tool shed. Will need one wall and door/sliding door. To be built in a courtyard where there is already a double brick wall surrounding 3 sides. Roof to be something like cromadeck (excuse spelling). Area approx x . Roof height to slope from +/- 2.4m down to +/- 2.1m
. The Boundary Wall at said Unit was Accidentally Bumped by a Vehicle and the wall was damaged to such an extent that it crack through on both sides for +- 15.6m2 and dislodged from the pillars. The wall will need to be broken down and Rebuild form the foundation. (See attached Photos) Wall Will Need to be Waterproofed / Prepared for painting and then re painted.
