How I can go to us visit visa
Good day, I am in matric, and I need to get an ID card however on my birth certificate someone else is listed as my mother, both my biological parents have passed away and were foreigners however my dad gained citizenship over 23 years ago, my mom was not. I do have my birth records but the passport usd to give birth to me is different from the one she had before she died, can you guys assist in such a case.
Im originally from Malawi l came here in in South Africa l was staying with a woman a South African woman we have two kids together She passed away in July this year so l want to be fully responsible for my children l want to have legal documents so that l can have a good job for me to support my children
I had a case already about illegal immigrants so they arrested me last year February then all along l was attending those courts until September they said l must go back to Zim and do my passport and l did as they told me so the problem is this there is date l didn't attend the court because l was in Zimbabwe doing my passport so when l came back from Zim there by the court they gave me a warranty of arrest but now l have my papers so l need an assistant to cancel this case....thank you
My employee is a Zimbabwean national . His is a canidate lifting equipment inspector . registered with the engineering council of SA and with LEEASA Lifting Equipment Engineers Association of SA. He has a common law wife (SA Citzen ) and 3 young children . All test done to prove he is the biological father . What can be done , for him to gain SA citzenship .

I am a stateless individual as a result of my mother being stateless She is still stateless and has been trying to get documentation for years but home affairs seems to constantly find new things to ask for My mother's siblings from both her mother and father side are available to assist(different surnames), we also have all birth and death certificates of mom's parents and dna tests with whomever can be done for proof of authenticity,all parties are south african born
This is on behalf of a refugee who has been here since - with renewed refugee permits every 4 years. As of , Home Affairs stopped cooperating with regards to giving an updated permit. There is currently a standing application with the Standing Committee for permanent residence as the refugee has established a full on life here despite being born in the DRC. They have no life left for them there as they arrived here at the age of 4. I need a quote on what it would take to finalise the process with the standing committee
Okay So there was a time was leaving South Africa using a traveling document and an immigration officer at beitbridge requested that I paid a rand for using a traveling document which I didn't have and he said he was going yo block me in system because I didn't pay,the issue has been on going, I applied for the uplifting which I received a letter from home affairs stating that the ban (which I thought was the case) was uplifted but upon my return to the country I was told that the passport is not yet cleared and I was told it's on v list. I don't know how to go about this issue as I have tried everything within my power but to know avail. The last email I got from home affairs They were requesting for a south African police clearance which I sent last week but no response yet. Please attached previous letter received from home affairs,a stamp that the immigration officer put behind my traveling document when he said he will block me in the system and a photo of the stamp when I was trying to go into the country.
I have cared of a boy that I have looked after since he was 4 months. His mother, who was my house help passed away when he was 3 years old. I have attempted to adopt him without success and have subsequently been granted Care-giver status by a Pretoria magistrate in a children's court. He is now 14years old and is at a private school who have requested a Valid Study permit and Passport or Permanent Residence card. Besides his Zimbabwean Birth Certificate, I do not have any other documents and therefore need assistance
