Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. This includes parking and enough space to avoid clutter. The building can also be 2 stories high. Also, roughly how much would the entire project cost? We have a carport but want to change the frames because it's rusting. Need to install and build a built in braai which will form part of the entertainment area. We also want to add to that and make another room. The carports had plans years back but not sure if it is approved (but it is installed). Plans could be at Athlone Department. Everything else needs plans. Currently have a braai but needs to be broken down. Artificial grass to also be installed by the entertainment area.
I would like to know if there is a fixed rate for everyone - like a total number for 20 people, 50 people, etc. or if it is calculated per person. I am also only in need of the meat - I will be supplying the side dishes myself. Please confirm which meat options are available and what the price differences are.
Hi I am looking for a spit braai lamb with an alternative meat, some sides and salads and maybe dessert. It is a 30th Birthday party. To be cooked on site and then removed after service. It is a residential property that I am considering purchasing. But would like ideas on space within the house, current floors or replace the floors, would think I need to replace cupboards, etc. house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and a bar. Just want to ensure the most optimal space. Is that something you are able to assist with?
My place is in Welkom. I'm busy trying to do rezoning and the town planner suggested that I should get an architect to do a plan for me. According to him he said the municipality can only allow 8 rooms. My wishes: 8 rooms, I wanted more if possible but with the restrictions in that municipality it might be a problem according to the town planner. I also need each room to have small kitchen area, place to sleep, and toilet with shower.
