The entity owns 3 x small residential properties, each with a Standard Bank home loan, each let out to tenants generating some rental income - between Rk to k per annum in recent years. The cc does not really make a profit yet. There are some accumulated losses carried forward from the 1st few years. As owner i have been making loans to top up any shortfall in cashflow. Transaction activity on the entity consists of recurring monthly home loan repayment, rental income, body corporate and municipality expenses, + any ad hoc repairs done during the year.
