I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.

Repainting a 3 bedroom, 70 square meters house,with double garage, insides, outside, roof. Repaint yard walls and gates. Fixed / realign kitchen drawer rollers. Fix few damaged plaster areas. Remove existing toilet, pedestal basin and taps, medicine cabinet, 2xtowel rails, hand towel holder, toilet paper holder and toothbrush holder. Replace above. The pedestal basin is replaced with a cabinet basin. I am out of town from December 23 through 30, so any time before or after that would be great.
When there is a rain everytime my house is flooded with rain water coming from the shower drain trap, bathroom drain trap . What is worse is the sewer and storm water drain pipes they release in the yard. It looks like there is a blockage in house pipes. Can you kindly send me a quote please see how i get affected.
Existing quadrant shower rail does not attach properly to the side brackets on the wall. The rail lifts and had in the past caused one of the sh9wer doors to fall and shatter. I installed a new shower door however the problem with the top rail persists. I wouod wondering is someone could assist to remove the old fault shower f.rame and install a new decent one for me

We have a unique water saving product which needs to interface with the hot water pipe going to the mixer of a shower. The products consists of two boxes, one housing a flow switch and a solenoid valve. Work to be done: If the hot water pipe is accessible from the top in the roof then the two pipe attachments of the flow control need to be interfaced with the pipe. If the hot water pipe is not accessible then the tiles need to be removed from the shower wall to get access to the hot water pipe and a small box housing the flow control equipment needs to be fitted to the shower wall. The cable which is used to measure flow and control the solenoid valve needs to be placed between the tiles and fitted to the electronic control which is linked to the AC supply.
