I want to convert garage and back room to a small 2 bedroom apartment. Original plan attached. I also want a new roof and ceiling for this building to be installed as the current roof will be removed. Building currently does not have a ceiling. I will be using the current footprint however the existing toilet has to be moved from where it currently is to more or less where the garage is, right next to staff quarters shown on original plan. Electricity is available, running over wall, however I want the cables to be inside the walls and one light for each room and passage.I need two electrical plugs in main bedroom, one plug in bedroom 2,one plug in passage, 2 plugs in kitchen and 2 plugs in lounge

I have one under the counter space for appliance, I need to have a dishwasher in addition to a washing machine. The washing machine will be moved to bedroom with the wall connecting to where the washing machine originally was for the water and drainage supply easier connection. The bedroom will need plumbing to connect washing machine. Dishwasher will be in the kitchen therefore plumbing for that is sorted but might need to be adjusted to connect washing machine. We have one and a half walls built already. I have attached an image of how other garages are built within our estate, if we could make it flat (assuming we would need a gutter system so water doesn't stagnate on the top), as we will eventually look at building the third bedroom above the garage later in the year. I want a 4 bedroom house in Eastern Cape Lady Frere, 2 and half baths (1 ensuit, 1 bathroom for everyone, and half bath for the guest). Reasonable sized living room, dining and kitchen. Garage where two cars can fit a patio or varanda with braai area and small cabinet for wood and other braai essentials. Currently I'm looking for estimations, so I could know exactly the amount of money I need for the entire project.
We have a leak under the foundation of our entertainment area. The water is gushing into the yard. We have dug under the foundation from the yard and cannot see it so the leak has to be fixed from inside our entertainment area by knocking up the tiles and cement, then fix and replace the cement and tiles. It is quite a big job.
