I need a quote on installation of three overhead fans in bedrooms and one more in a lounge area. The three bedrooms do not have a single overhead light but four small recessed lights. The hardware I would like: 1 x alarm control panel (or if its cheaper I won't mind having a remote or app to control the alarm) 1 x back up battery for the system 3 x door sensors (to detect when the door is opened) 2 x alarm sensors for the kitchen and living room. 4 x beams for outside (to create 2 "curtains". The is an NetworX NX-4 alarm system present, however the previous tenant had his own system installed and then removed when he left. The original NetworX NX-4 system wiring is still installed, but the 5 x PIR's and box needs to be reconnected. Property is a 3 bedroom unit with 3 entrances (2 doors + 1 sliding door). contacts are still on the doors. + 1 door to the garage (requires a new contact). Would like to test is current hardware can be re-installed and then linked up for monitoring and armed response please.
