I was in GDE POST I found out month after that my previous district had blacklisted me ,never attended any hearing or informed about this .I thought my contract ended in December yet I was paid on January and February ..but when I enquired through phone call .. the hr also confirmed that he only see December payment no January and February
Hi, I would need help with a case in the civil court. A former tenant () is claiming that I unduly withheld a portion of his deposit and decided to go to the civil court without trying to discuss this (I haven't heard from the tenant in the past 3 years). The amounts are small (R6.), so I'm not sure how this could go to civil court instead of one of the smaller courts (like the small claims court). The tenant never contested the withholding of the money at the time. I have lots of correspondence to sustain my side of the narrative. Good day these is case regarding an institution EMCARE training academy in Polokwane were I did training in and accredited in during COVID-19.were this certificate are wrongly accredited..I have been having the certificate for 5 years and everywhere were I apply this certificate are for abroad not to used in south African.. now the institution is failing either to refund or to give SAESI certificate...this is painful because im still unemployment due to this condition and the institution staff is failing to be accountable and fail to communicate

I have started a new job. My previous employer is paying out my days that I worked but are deducting leave days that they say I have used to much. I started their in 31st October and ended 11 September . I worked 6 days a week and had 18 days of leave per year. My first year I took 14 days. My second year I took 11 days. According to me I had 4 days left but now they are saying my leave is per financial year,but my contract says per completion of service over 12 months which I believe is everything 31st of October but now they are saying the leave I was entitled to is from 1st of march until the 28th of February.

My (ex) husband passed away in December . We got divorced in amd we never divided our estate but his death certificate said he's married. He was staying with someone else by the time of his passing so pension fund trustees gave the girlfriend some share and they said my divorce decree didn't state that I should get divorce claim. My kids tried registering his death online but they sent a rework saying the death certificate said married so the wife should be the next of kin and executor or we should go to home affairs and ask them to change the marital status. I went and they said he died married according to their records. I showed them the divorce decree but they still refused. They said the only thing they can do for me is to apply for marriage certificate from Pretoria and come check it after 3 months. I received it and last week I went to Masters, they told me that they need the car papers and I called home because they said we will get his things after a year. They said they don't have car certificate so I knew that his girlfriend took it.I asked my son to call and ask for the certificate but the woman said the car is hers and is under her name.I went to licensing to check if there's any vehicle under the deceased’s name to my surprise there was nothing. I gave them the registration number for them to check then it was confirmed that the girl changed ownership in August . My question is am I doing fraud by registering his estate as his living partner or is there a way that the marital status can be changed on the death certificate? 2. Who has to open a criminal case against this girlfriend, me or the kids? Even the uif wants his wife to apply and I don't what to do
6 months prior there was an attempt on my life with one of the local gangsters in our village. premeditated as the person waited for 50 min in my vehicle (caught on camera with possession of weapons -gun and knife) for the lights to go off before entering my office. the police only laid a charge of "trespassing" which meant this this repeat offebder will not be going to regional court and a more harsh sentence can not be applied for being a repeat offender. then on 10 August there was a break-in at my office..i caught the culprit in my premises redhanded ..there was a struggle to detain the person and the person sustained injuries the person is from the same gang and tafter beibng detaibned told me that the same guy and the head of the gang..is going to come kill me. i did not have any weapons on me , i denfended myself whislt this person was on TIK and tried to get away when i caught the person. The police made a case of "attempted murder" which is ridiculous as i have never had any other cases before against me and run a charity ,for more than 6 years, that focuses on uplifting the youth and creating platforms for our addicts and even opportunity for our criminals to reintegrate them back into society. the police was denied an arrest warrant by the judge but they came to arrest me in any case... before this case as made against me i used to be the vise chair for the communtiy police form but now i had to resign from that posision. my reputation that i have buiult over 15 years as a humanitarian (also did work in africa for 5 years) has been damaged by false accusations and false arrests. I need help in this matter
