Hello, I’m looking for an independent roof inspection and written assessment, not repair work at this stage. I have a builder-designed IBR roof on a cottage that has leaked repeatedly despite multiple repair attempts by the original contractor. The roof appears to be low-pitch / near-flat. The roofing on the house and flatlet has to be completely redone and the walls on the inside and outside has to be redone as it has water damage. The water and electricity has to be redone in the main house and in the flatlet all the kitchen cupboards has to be redone and replaced aswell as all the sinks in the house and flatlet.
