I am looking for a company that does meet the St Francis Bay Requirements for building a house on our plot. I do not have building plans, so I would need support. Welcome would be a turnkey house. The house can be very simpel as long as the municipality would approve it. Any suggestions are welcomed. I expect her to always go the extra mile instead of just doing the bare minimum. I want someone with a lot of experience, but not someone old who can't get on a ladder to clean windows and high ceilings. I want someone who can take initiative to clean and do things around the house without me having to dictate to her what to do all the time.
