Myself and my partner are in a customary marriage since . We have been having challenges in our marriage ever since and now we have irreconcilable differences. We are both working and we share two children under the age of 11, a property purchased in and two vehicles. Previously we were both in agreement for a divorce but she recently doesn't want a divorce but her behavior towards indicates otherwise. I want a divorce to escape the life we are living that is starting to affect my kids.
I want to turn 2 x Garages and an old staff room into a flexible space that would initially be used as a cottage - but could be adapted easily for future buyers into an office, games room etc. Plumbing already exists but would need adjusting. Floors are cement and would need to be screeded. Doors and Windows would need to be replaced (and sometimes a door is becoming a window and a window is becoming a door. Walls would need to be plastered. Some Cabinetry Work as well.
I am a Wits student who was in a relationship with another student. Our relationship ended on a good note but last night as I was hanging out with my friend in my room he suddenly came to my room and started accusing me of Stalking and harassing his friends which to me is very defamatory so all I want is help with writing a letter warning him to stop accusing me of things I don’t know as it might affect my image.I already wrote the letter using the limited law knowledge I have what I need is just someone who will draft the final part and send it to him.
I have been struggling 16 years for my son's maintenance money. It's 5 years in arrears. Court order states R per Month. My 79th year old father is maintaining my son. I have been divorced since . I want to claim the arrears from my ex-husband, sister who is his immediate family. Since he claims he is jobless.
My ex husband claims he can't find work for 16 years now. That is the same excuse. The case has been thrown out the criminal court. I pay everything for my son. He has nobody else but his mother who takes care about his financial needs. My father helps me but his pension is getting lesser by the day.
This has to do with a housing rental agreement gone wrong. The agents withheld money from the landlord. The landlord ended the mandate with the agent for breach of contract and missing money. My lease with the agent came to an end yesterday (28 Feb ), but I agreed with the owner to stay on one more month. The owner wanted me to stay on for longer but we could not agree to the conditions of the new lease he offered me. He demands i pay the rental directly to him instead of the agents because he is scared the agents keep this money too, and the agents are also demanding that I pay them. In the meantime, considering that the agent has already kept some of the landlord's money, I am very worried that I will never see my deposit again.
